Access to Justice Principles and Supreme Court Order The Washington State Supreme Court Order and Access to Justice Technology Principles are intended to guide the design implementation and use of technology by the Washington State court system and by other persons agencies and bodies under the authority of the Washington State Supreme Court. This is to ensure that all people recieve equal access through technology to the state's judicial resources.
